Stef Bujak is a living legend and we achieved an outstanding price for our property in Bardwell Valley. He filled us with confidence throughout the whole sale process, treated all the buyers with respect and has an open and honest style that resonates very well with both buyers and sellers. We worked out that we had 50 separate 15 minute inspections during our 2 week sales campaign. This worked out to 12.5+ hours of waiting at our house plus endless hours of follow up calls and text messages going into the evenings. He went the extra mile in many ways we may not have noticed, but we really appreciated the extra time he spent with a buyer that ended up being the highest bidder at auction, entertaining that last minute buyer at 4am on the morning of the auction and doing all the house inspections in a very covid safe way (he emptied a Glen 20 can before locking up).
