Stefan kept us updated by phone immediately post each opening and provided a very helpful weekly report outlining activity and purchaser interest. Stefan took the time to meet with us on several occasions to discuss strategy and assisted in providing the external company to "dress the house" for sale. Stefan also provided a recommendation at our request for a conveyance who was also extremely professional and helpful.
