Stefan sold our property prior to auction. He has a very friendly demeanour that allows him to get along with people, and people trust him. He was very professional in how he handled the sale. We selected him because he gave a reasonably accurate assessment of the market value, and unlike other agents he didn't get the agency and then talk down the property, he actually worked hard to deliver the outcome. About 18 months ago Stephan rang me out of the blue and asked if I was selling any properties. I asked where did you get my name and number from, he replied he retrieved my details from the data base, which was 10 years ago when I was looking to buy. Since this initial phone call Stephan has sent me the quarterly sales reports for my properties and rang me every now and then.
