Stefan helped the reviewer sell this property

Home sold above bank valuation

From the beginning, Stefan was professional. Great communication. He recommended an auction and I was hesitant. I also had difficulties getting the home ready for 6 open inspections, as I have a disability, and use wheelchair. Stefan provided advice on how to get the home looking good for photos and opens, and I gathered a team to do, with funding from NDIS. Stefan's team was excellent too, and took great photos, a great sign, and great wording on the websites. The sunday mail advert also attracted buyers. We have huge numbers through the home and set a reserve of $560,000. We only got offers of $470,000 and $480,000 before the auction. Stefan said to remain calm and the auction would work. The auctioneer chosen was great, and we quickly got up to $530,000, and Stefan rushed in and suggested we change reserve and sell it on the day. I followed the advice and quickly a few bidders pushed the final sale to $577,000. $17,000 above what I wanted, and above bank valuation.
