A little tarde with this review but better late than never. After meeting with three different estate agents to choose who we would contract to sell our apartment in Randwick we eventually went with Stefanie Camilleri at Belle Property. This choice was based on cost, profesionalism and the marketing package. The level of professioanlism that Stefanie showed throughout the selling process is rare to see these days. She was meticulously organised, communicative and proactive. Every question we had she was knowledgeable, patient with her responses and a pleasure to work with. She accommodated our needs throughout the sale and put together an outstanding sales campaign from listing to sale. I truly believe if we had a different agent from Stefanie we would have recieved 5-10% less for the apartment.
