I had to sell the ancestral hovel in Ryde, where our family moved into 50 years ago and my intellectually impaired brother still lives so wanted a quick sale, at a fair price without going overboard. Stefon sold the renovated house next to ours before auction and he knocked on my brothers door. That didn't go any further as my brother didn't want to move then. When the time came, a year or so later to sell and relocate my brother I checked real estate sales in Ryde and McGrath Realty and Stefons names came up frequently. I so I emailed Stefon, who rang me back and we discussed parameters. Result was quicker and far easier than I contemplated. Stefon did indeed have a large data bank of potential buyers. A week or so later I had to fly to Sydney from Kalgoorlie to show my brother around a country town our nieces live in. I met Stefon on the Wednesday, he sent a potential buyer around the next day, then on the Friday we exchanged contracts of sale. I was impressed.
