Following their recommendations for presentation and marketing of the apartment, in combination with their ability to attract and respectfully encourage the interest of buyers led to a very pleasing result. The fact that this was achieved during a well publicised market correction is remarkable! My wife and I are most grateful for the patience and understanding shown to us whilst we simultaneously moved an aged relative into a care facility and particularly for the knowledge and all-round competence they brought to the sale process.
