Stella recently assisted me both with the sale and purchase of my former and now current property. Not only personable and easy to deal with, Stella has a wealth of knowledge in the area and knew exactly what needed to be done to get the sale we wanted - without us spending nowhere near what we thought we had to get the house on the market... And just like that - offers were coming in before home open, and with 1 open, we managed to accept an offer well beyond what we were expecting.. we hardly had to lift a finger, except for sign the paper work.
