Steph was a great real estate agent. Selling mum's home was an emotional time for us and Steph conducted the whole procedure respectfully, sensitively and professionally. She kept us up to date with potential purchasers and was always available when we needed advice. Her accuracy at valuing the property was spot on, and her choice of auctioneer was perfect. I would not hesitate in recommending Steph to future vendors, and will certainly use Steph and Ray White for any future sales or purchases of property.

Steph acted on our behalf in an extremely professional manner. Her attention to detail was exemplary. She attended the property for many open for inspections as well as conducting numerous private after hours inspections. She continually gave us feedback and reports on the progress of the inquiries and the prospective purchasers. She provided a stylist free of charge in preparing the property for the inspections and in particular her recommendation of a particular auctioneer proved themselves in the final auction result. Albeit agents are often in conflict acting for both the seller and purchaser Steph acted on our behalf exceptionally well. I'd recommend Steph to any prospective seller.

My first encounter with Ray white was at a school fete. Dora and her team were very welcoming. Thr agent who worked for me was vibrant, friendly and extremely helpful actually driving me to visit retirement villages to see how I felt about them. Steph is so well known that she managed to get me into see units that were not for sale but gave me the ideas for what I wanted to do. Steph kept me in the loop all the time and reminded me of what to do, dates etc. I rate Steph highly, and also the team.
