Steph always responds to any question, she is super organised, likes to be on top of whatever is going on. If there are any changes she takes the time to see you in person or however is best to communicate with you. Steph leaves you with the feeling of, that you are important, you are being heard and you are not just another house to sell. Steph is open and honest, if there can be any improvements for the seller to brush up on, she will discuss with you. Steph was a force to be reckoned with. Steph explained the dos and don'ts with real estate, explained what would assist the sale, what needs to be done but also marketed our house in the way we felt the house should be marketed. Communication was our biggest requirement, and Steph knocked it out of the park. Our first sale did not go through, however, Steph didn't call with just an update on the termination of a contract but called with strategies, future open houses, private appointments all booked in at the ready within our availability she noted from the get go. Steph turned what could be a very stressful situation into a calm, laid back experience and most importantly the stress out of our hands whilst ensuring all documentation was accurate. Furthermore, after the sale we were looking at purchasing our next home, Steph was always available in assisting us in what felt like a tough decision, even when she was not entitled to. After having my property listed with another agent with no satisfactory outcome, I switch to Steph Mulheron at Carter Cooper Realty.... What a difference! Property was re-listed, way better photo's taken, new listing board which really showed off the property, amazing write up, but that was just the start ! Steph was so proactive about getting people through my home....she contacted her list of waiting buyers, scheduled appointments, met prospective buyers with warmth ( and baked goodies!) and was genuine in her care for me as a vendor but also the buyer! In less than a fortnight the property was under contract, after multiple buyers placing offers, and Steph continued to support all involved with excellent communication and her can-do attitude....I can't recommend her highly enough.
