Steph is easy to deal with, communicates well, keeps you fully updated, follows up vigorously with potential buyers and again provides feedback. As my property was vacant she also did a lot of 'legwork' which saved me from having to return to the property frequently to check on things. She also took care to ensure all necessary paperwork was completed thoroughly and that any outstanding repairs required by the buyer were carried out so that settlement would go through smoothly. With the market so depressed her help and calm manner were much appreciated during a stressful time. Highly recommended.
