We first came to meet you 2017/18 new year to introduce ourselves and to explore our Sale through your Agency at some future date bearing in mind we spent a lot of time overseas. We were encouraged by your responses, and attitude, that when we felt the time was right for us, you would be ready to go. We've kept in touch since, but then when we got to that "right time" we found ourselves overseas and locked out by the Australian border Covid-Lockout. You assured us that you already had the processes in place to deal with a sale by absentee owners, and you did, and the Sale by that process was the "easy part". The difficulty for us was the logistics behind the sale, that is all those jobs normally carried out by the owners, eg preparing for sale with cleaning, those little repair jobs, and disposal of accumulated unwanted items. Then, after sale. Moving-Out. With our two sons elsewhere, one overseas himself, and the other on the "wrong side" of the NSW border there was no help from them. This is where we think that for us you and your OneAgency came into its own, with the sort of help that we know for sure we would never get from most other Agencies in the area. Before meeting with you back in 2017 we had observed how you appeared to stick with a sale until it happened, and for us, it is almost impossible to think how we could thankyou enough for what you did to make this all happen.
