We have known Steph for a number of years and informed her that when we decided to sell our property we would ask her to sell it for us. From a personal experience, Steph was upfront with us on whether we should accept or negotiate a higher price, once an offer was on the table. After looking at properties to buy on the north coast and north east coast of Tassie, (a place to where we could retire for a few years) a number of properties I looked at were nowhere near the ideal ambiance, surroundings, outlook and accecability of the home we sold through Steph. Perhaps my only small regret is 'maybe we could have sold it for an extra $10K or $20K. However that's in the past and we now move forward. Yes we both recommend Stephanie highly as a 'straight shooter' 'no bullshit' agent. And that's the calibre of agent you want to sell your property.
