Stephanie was eager to do all she could to answer our queries and was always available, even after hours. She forgot to tell us to sign a particular document so to help, she drove out to our place with the forms to make up for the mistake. She was always friendly and professional.

We looked at a lot of properties before we found the right one and therefore we dealt with a lot of real estate agents. Stephanie was the only agent who really listened to what we were after and applied our requests to the properties she recommended. When we found our property she was welcoming and had the perfect balance of allowing us to view the property and still being available/present for any questions we had. She always gave us the time we needed whether in person or on the phone. She included the children in any dialogue we had. She kept in touch the whole way through the process. Attention to detail was wonderful. Right down to little things like allowing the children to put the sold sign on the sign out the front of our property. A very thoughtful thing to offer as this move was a huge move for us. She did not string out the sale of the house. We quickly came to an agreement in price and all questions along the way were answered in a timely manner. Very refreshing! The whole process left a lovely positive feeling with the whole family.
