Don't be fooled by Stephanie's age or by what other competing agents say about her age and her resulting experience - with the latter simply been sour grapes. We were introduced to Stephanie by chance when we approached HS for a market opinion on our property. Stephanie responded and then remained in touch for the next 2 years; sending us market updates, advising us on all trends and, effectively, maintaining her network. We had another Realtor who was renting out our property, so we invited both them and Stephanie to tender their services. Hands down Stephanie won. She was on the ball with every aspect, including ideals for getting the property up to marketing standards. Her communication, enthusiasm and professionalism was second to none - she left the competing agent for dead (enter the sour grapes).
