Stephanie demonstrated a great deal of energy and enthusiasm to secure the Listing. She arranged for a Builder to attend to some works I needed to do prior to beginning the campaign, and we managed to list and begin in 2 - 3 weeks. Maybe the timing with School holidays and Easter, interest in my apartment was slow. Together with these circumstances, there was a sudden glut of apartments on the market across Melbourne, due to the huge increase in Land Tax. The apartment looked the best it could have, with professional styling, new paint and carpet. Stephanie's advertising speel was great, and she offered many Inspection options. Due to no interested Bidders coming forward, the Auction was cancelled, and in the ensuing days, Stephanie negotiated with an interested party to reach an acceptable sale price. Her processing was excellent; she kept me informed and advised me along the way. Thank you, Stephanie - the sale is now unconditional and I am very happy.
