Highly recommended Steph Evans. Open to respectful discussion which greatly assisted shared decision making and increased confidence for the buyer at a very challenging time(personally & the falling market). I downgraded my overall satisfaction in the ‘sales process’ due the pre auction strategy meeting and my dissatisfaction with the communication style of the auctioneer David Wood. The lack of detailed preparation for the strategy meeting - no presentation of summary data from the campaign or current stats on the auction sales environment - made decision-making difficult. The auctioneer projected a ‘hard sell’ manner to lower my expectations on potential auction result - something I had already factored in with the agent Steph and in my own financial modelling. As a retired 66 yo woman (business owner, former senior govt advisor and university researcher) I found his manner patronising and unnecessarily pushy eg insisting my presence in the apartment during the auction - I said I would not since I live on on the next floor a mere 20 steps away upstairs, he said he didn’t have time - he then suggested I come down to the hall way for the mid auction discussion! I did not do this. For most auctions the auctioneer is outside on the nature strip & vendor inside!

Stephanie dotted every i and crossed every t. What Stephanie said Stephanie did, always on time, always friendly, warm and positive never, not once being negative. Her charming, engaging manner was consistent from firstly coming across her at an auction in February 2022 to our meeting at my apartment in late April to selling the property on the 22nd October.
