I was very impressed with Steph Evans handling of this sale. She had a very good understanding of the property and its features, having sold several apartments in the building. Importantly, she was very engaging and kept me informed of developments as they occurred; I nicer had to follow up for information. After only two weeks on the market my property was sold and I am very pleased with the result!
