I dealt with NG Farah over a recent property sale as a purchaser. My experience was not great unfortunately. The marketing material for recent sales was listed as another suburb, although the houses were in the suburb of the property for sale. The sale process was drawn out by having to submit a final price before auction and then being told I needed to negotiate. When I received a revised contract for sale it did not have the correct address on it. Finally after both the vendor and myself asking for the price of the property to not be disclosed it was splashed across advertising in the local paper. A litany of mistakes that should all have been avoided.
