I’m 67 years ago, and have bought and sold over a dozen houses and apartments. The last being a problematic apartment in Eagleby QLD. I noticed Stephanie Gilbert’s presence in my neighbourhood when I would check my mailbox and regularly see her marketing updates. I began contemplating selling my townhouse and would see Ray White For Sale signs around the area with Steph as the selling agent. I decided to give her a call for an appraisal. I’m fairly motivated to begin with so when she agreed to come and see my place I gave it spruce up to make it look appealing. She arrived at my door looking very smart as she always does. We shook hands in a friendly but professional manner. I believe one of the first things she said as she walked into my home was, “wow, this is a neat little place”. She could see exactly what I could see. She explained to me a little of her past, she went to a very good school in the region, and not long after graduating took off to Europe by herself for a year to explore. I was immediately impressed. I had trust in her but was dubious about price expectations where she was quietly confident. I told her as I signed the exclusive agency agreement I was going to put full faith and trust in her plans and actions and let her do her job without interference. I decided to not even negotiate the agent’s commission nor the marketing charges. I just felt like I wanted to trust the entire plan. It was like we were business partners except I was the silent partner who stumped the money up in the deal lol By sticking to Steph’s strategy from the get go and never deviating from her plans, even though I was still dubious about whether it would even sell it sold on the first open house and the price was well above my expectations but not Steph’s. She absolutely nailed it where she said she would. Let me tell all the doubters, this young lady is going to be the best in the business. Trust Steph and her plan.

Stephanie was really great to work with. She was always available, at all times and days of the week. She stayed in constant contact with us, keeping us updated and we always knew what was happening, what stage we were at and all our questions were answered. She was accommodating and provided assistance far beyond what was required or expected. She knew the area well and was the right choice for us.

Me and my husband had to purchase a property while he was still living a few hours away.
