Poor communication and negotiation skills. Lacked drive and interest in selling our propery after signing us into contract. This resulted in us to settling for a price way below her appraisal range.

The online platform is fabulous to see how your sale is progressing, without having to phone your agent all the time. However, whenever we needed anything, Stephanie Crawford and Nicole were always there to answer our questions. In fact, I'm not entirely sure when they sleep because the help seems to be on hand any time of any day! Their expertise on all matters from price, to pictures, to sale techniques was all spot on and super helpful. An added bonus was their patience and reassurance when I got a bit flustered with the whole ordeal of selling. Thanks for your help ladies, you did great!
