A great process and in particular an excellent strategy well executed. There were many questions at the start of the process including what to do to the house prior to it going on the market, when should we go to go on the market, marketing investment/support and of course price expectations. Stephanie provided a wealth of local knowledge in developing the go to market strategy and also listened to our feedback during the process. While not even hitting the usual realestate websites Stephanie secured the sale after only 9 days of activity.
