Stephanie Played a Big Role in Turning Our Experience Into Something We Cherish Forever
My wife, Sheida and I, started our journey into buying a house about a year ago. At the time, we had no idea how complicated this journey is going to be, with the housing market going through different ups and downs,, with all those wasted Saturdays, in cold or warm, going to multiple inspections every time, and yet time and time again experiencing the heartbreak of failing at auctions. As frustrating as it was, now that we look back, in our first ever (dream)-house, we think it was definitely worth it, and Stephanie played a big role in turning our experience into something we cherish for the rest of our life .
In all stages of our purchase, Stephanie handled every concern or issue as competently as possible. During our multiple inspections prior to the auction, she answered every question and inquiry with great care and precision. When coming up with questions about the items in the building report, she always tried her best to explain things in detail, and when she could not, she made it possible for us to directly contact the building inspector. Even though the majority of the interested parties were attending the auction in person, she made sure to provide the online bidding option, which in the end turned out to be how we attended that auction, as we had to be outside of Canberra on that weekend due to some prior commitments. Who knows! If Stephanie had not thought about that we could not even attend the auction.
And post the auction day, she kept being amazing. She personally followed up with our mortgage broker and the solicitors to make sure our settlement would happen as planned. When she knew about our plans to do some renovations in our new place, she negotiated with the sellers so that we can have access to the property even prior to the settlement day multiple times. In short, she was amazing in every step of the way! We don’t think we are ever going to sell this place, but if we do one day, Stephanie would be the first agent that we’d go to.
