It was a pleasant experience when we met Corey Banks & Stephanie Henningsen at this open home, which is our future home to be...... Corey greeted us at the door and politely took our details, giving us a brochure before we enter, then we were again greeted by Stephanie in the kitchen area, she gave us a brief introduction to the house. The home was open for 45 mins, so we can be very comfortable to feel and figure out how we fit ourself in the house. Stephanie also very patiently answered all our questions and explained to us how to make offers, she assured us that they will pass all the offers onto the vendor to decide, so we could know whether we are successful or if we have to increase our offers, she made us feel that the process was very clear and transparent, they are wonderful agents.
