I could not say anything other than Stephanie was accommodating at all times when we wanted to look at the property a number of times and also fitting in with us when we needed to deliver some of our belongings over two weekends as that was the only time our sons could help us. In terms of negotiation I feel she did a good job for the vendors of the property as she squeezed another $5000 out of us when we were already paying more than we wanted to for the property.

Stephanie was very helpful throughout the buying process. We inspected a house that she was selling and whilst it was very close to what we wanted it wasn’t our dream home. Stephanie listened to what we wanted in a house and told us that she had a perfect house coming to market in a couple of weeks. We were able to view the house privately pre-market and secure it through a no nonsense negotiation shortly after it hit the market. We were always able to get Stephanie on her mobile and she even helped us negotiate the ability to store our stuff in the house garage prior to settlement, which was very handy as we had just sold our previous home.
