When we decided to sell one of our properties, we started exploring few agents in the area and contacted most of them to get an idea on "fair selling price" of the property. We had a selling price in our mind which could have been considered "high expectation" at the time of negation. When we expressed our expectation, many of the agents were not confident that they would be able to sell this property for our target price, one of the guy even laughed at me when I mentioned the target price.
