Stephanie ran rings around the property manager in terms of coordinating what needed to be done, and making sure the styling was completed to the agreed timeline, despite some extremely challenging circumstances. She is a fantastic communicator, very personable and updated us in detail every step of the way, sometimes multiple times in a day by text or audio message. The end result was an offer presented after the first open home, and the property coming under contact shortly after this. Stephanie is truly amazing at her craft and we cannot recommend her highly enough to prospective vendors!
