This is the second property Steph has sold for us, and once again we felt completely supported and in safe hands throughout the entire process. She is incredibly dedicated, hardworking and genuinely invested in achieving the best outcome for her clients. Steph went above and beyond at every stage of the campaign — from consistently hosting well-run opens, to thoughtfully managing the presentation (including moving outdoor styling items in and out for every inspection), and coordinating repairs following the building and pest process. Her attention to detail and willingness to do whatever was needed really set her apart. Communication was exceptional. Steph kept us informed at all times, was always available to talk things through, and most importantly, truly listened. She respected our position and followed our direction without trying to lower our expectations, which gave us a great deal of confidence in the process.
