Stephanie is excellent in all that she does and together with Chris Smith they make a formable team. She has managed to sell our three house in days with two and three weeks with the other. The first house she achieved a price she and Chris were disappointed in and but was $40,000 above the quoted highest expectation of other agents in this area. The second house sold in an hour but fell through due to the buyer failing to get finance but within week was sold again on the 28th of the month and settled fully on the 16th of the next month (that required a quick moving of house). Again Stephanie achieved the second highest sale in the street (the highest also having been sold by her) and $70,000 above the other agents highest quoted obtainable selling price. The third house sold in two weeks by her and Chris achieving $60,000 above other agents quoted prices. Stephanie and Chris sell houses quickly, efficiently and well above expected prices.
