The pre-sale service was prompt and efficient with no delays in listing and presenting the property through media. Open House inspections were also handled effectively. Negotiations and the sale were problem-free with the sale price 9.5% higher than the highest offer we received via the previous agent. Overall..............Stephanie was a pleasure to deal with........always professional and courteous.
Couldn't recommend Stephanie highly enough, the service received from Stephanie as compared to other agents we dealt with in the area was chalk and cheese. Was never any pressure from Stephanie at any point and always kept us informed of any developments. From memory I don't think stephanie missed one of our calls when we had a query. We also dealt with Andrea Stretton(one of the other agents from hillsea) during the search for our new home and found Andrea to be great as well.
