Upon initial dealings, Steph came across knowing all that was involved and promised to sort everything swiftly and smoothly. As soon as she took my deposit and forced the early exchange, all service, responses and honesty went out the window. Its been over 6 weeks and i'm yet to settle, all dates, said inspections times and settlement still haven't occurred and nor has there been contact since they took my money and basically lied to get me to exchange early, for what reason i'm still unsure? To make things worse, when questioned, both me and my representative where shown the door and basically told where to go in the rudest manner we've ever heard from a so called professional? Then another so called agent, with the title as a photographer? Claims to be in charge also advised we're not to make contact with their office again, based on the complaints of bad, and/or no service and further lies. I sincerely regret ever accepting, dealing or entering any legal binding contract with First National Green Valley, let alone Steph and Matt from that office! A complete joke and nothing but lies to take peoples money, only to then make their life hell, then show them the door and lift any liability whatsoever! By far the worse property dealing both me and my representative have ever had and would not be keen on anyone else returning, PLEASE BE WARNED!

Care needs to be taken not to set expectations higher than the market will bare, especially for clients who have not been in the market for many years.
