I could not imagine having a better experience in a real estate market in terms of firstly buying a property, finding reliable tenants, having it professionally managed 'hands free' for 6 years, keeping me up to date with the local market trends and then selling it after only two days in a market me with a great profit above expectation. I met Stephanie in 2012 when I was looking for an agent to manage my investment properties. She had outstanding customer service from the moment I made contact with her and this continued in my dealings with Stephanie over the past 5 years. Stephanie is a great person, I use the word person rather than agent because that is who you will be dealing with when you contact Stephanie, not just someone who wants your money like some of the others, but a very honest and trustworthy person.
