Stephanie Thorpe's style of communication and delivery of communication both verbal or written is easy to understand , genuine and clear , without all of the verbal hot air bravado of other agents who can talk the talk but not walk the walk and in my opinion delude and lead sellers " up the garden path " by suggesting or agreeing to list a property at a price that sounds and looks fantastic on paper just to secure the sellers property as a listing , yet no real world chance of achieving that price which from experience sets you up for disappointment from the very beginning. Stephanie never came in talking unrealistic numbers which i noticed straight away separated her from other agents which sure we all like to hear when selling a property but learning from experience you do yourself a disservice by going down that road as the market primarily knows your properties worth and which " price bracket " it sits in , go to high.. you put yourself against more expensive competition that potentially then makes your property seem " less than " and generally lacking. Not to mention a long wait time on the sale market gives your property the appearance of being " stale ". Stephanie has thorough local knowledge , never felt the need to lead us up the garden path , is genuinely passionate about what she does with a real world authentic approach and on more than one occasion exceeded our estimated sale price with professional smart negotiation.
