I called into L.J.Hooker, Forster one day after my house had been on the market for about 18 months. I asked Stephen if he would be willing to take on my house on the open market with a few other agents as I had had no luck with exclusive agents. He was happy to do so, whereas several other agents were not interested. He was very pleasant and friendly and obliging. He advertised it extensively whereas the others didn't bother. He brought a lot more potential buyers through my house than any other agents. Stephen always gave me feedback and kept me informed.
