Stephen Bambury was helpful initially. I wish he was around when the settlement happened. They had someone in charge during pre-settlement who had no idea about a single thing. We heard "I don't know" at least 20 times. Worst part was the key collection. It was given to us as if "here it is" take it and go. Again no one were there except that new guy. We thought it was bigger event than just 5 seconds key handover. They did manage to solve most of the issues we raised. I wish good luck to Stephen and team.
