Steve set a price that unlike all other agents in the area was not incredibly low aimed at getting more interest on Realestate.com.au. He then engaged actively with the vendor to drive a great price outcome for all parties, admittedly I probably overpaid for the property but I suppose that was his fault too. His team post the sale has been proactive and engaged with the various requirements of solicitors and mortgage companies. Cannot recommend higher, and although a buyer, would definitely sell through Steve as well, confident in his abilities and knowledge of the market to drive a great outcome for all.
