Steve not only knows what he is talking about but follows through with what he has presented to us upon listing our property. There are so many agents out there these days that continue to just be your standard "sales person" and promise to get you the "top dollar" for your home = over promise/under deliver!! Steve is NOT one of these agents! He takes the time to get to know you and what your expectations are as well as prospective purchasers so that the two can marry up together therefore resulting in exceeding expectations in not only the price but the time of the sale of our home.
