The property we sold in Windsor was quite a unique one and coupled with the fact that Stephen was dealing with an organisation, as the vendor, that needed some extra time to make decisions etc Stephen proved patient with us and provided great communication and advice. On the day of the auction Stephen and his team were able to work with ourselves, the auctioneer and the registered bidders in a manner that helped us to get the result we were hoping for. Right from the initial phone call to Australian Real Estate there was an immediate response by Stephen to meet and discuss the sale of the home. The sale of the home as it stood was our desire. The home has it character leaving it open for various options for the prospective buyers to make their decision. We were advised of the professional team Stephen has available for advertising the sale. An immaculate sales promotion was created. Brilliant! Stephen proposed a sale number with an upper and lower range to be agreed by us. A date was set to have the home ready for an open house. It was important and crucial for both parties to communicate and meet this date to keep the momentum moving forward. The open house had prospective buyers who were categorised for the best buyer to focus with for the sale. This was all good until a number of ill-informed excuses by the buyer which left this person without the deposit however mum was the eventual winner. A subsequent open house day was held where another buyer was keen. This buyer had to arrange finance, and this is where Stephen advised us to keep the pressure on to meet the agreed progressive settlement dates. You have to find out how fair dinkum the buyers are. The house was sold with an early settlement date which was even better for our mum. With the closing of the sale, we were guided by Stephen’s team who made it worry free for us by stepping us through the document process and using computer functions and interaction where we could eliminate some 4-6 hours round trip for our travel requirements. My only complaint is I was told house was 6 to 7 years old, turns out it is. 11, really need to get the facts straight, PS was told by colleague of Stephen during inspection.

Steve gave us advice and honesty at each and every step of the sale process. We starting dealing with Steve last October in 2021. Weve constantly been in touch since.
