Looking back, we did the unthinkable. We bought a house and sold a house in the same month as having our third child. This process was made all the more easy and less stressful because of Steve and his wonderful team. Steve was very understanding of our situation and allowed us to steer the selling process. He worked around times that suited us and his entire team have been a pleasure to speak with and deal with. We believe that Steve's many years of experience in real estate, as well as his expertise in negotiating in a non pushy manner, got us not only a price for our house that was beyond our dreams, but he also got us a street record!
