Before i picked Steve, i met with a few agents to compare their rates, marketing strategies and whether i believed the agent could sell my house. He came prepared with the introduction of his agency, marketing tools and competitive rates. That is what made me chose him. Working with him was great as he gave me so much input from the ads to the house styling. In the end, i was happy as my house was sold within 2 weeks.
