Stephen and Briggs Shaw look after our rental property so we were happy to get them to provide us with a quote and valuation. We got also got a valuation from another agent and were surprised that they were significantly below Stephen's appraisal. We then got a third valuation to validate Briggs Shaw and had a discussion with Stephen. He made us comfortable with his knowledge of the market and confident in his valuation so we decided to proceed with them.
