I am very grateful to Stephen Chui for successfully selling this apartment. I would like to thank him for his patience, high EQ, care and professionalism, and after work he is still willing to answer the phone to help customers solve problems.
Stephen was a delight to work with honest, genuine and gave realistic expectations. He was able to find a buyer within 2 weeks! We are very happy to have him as our agent and he was professional as one can get!
Stephen is one of few in Australia who works even after working hour, which is valuable and critical for us who sit in different timezone. He worked diligently towards finding a potential buyer and paid meticulous attention to the questions I raised during the process. Though the market is tough, his honesty and diligence help him get the deals in the market and successful close the deals. I definitely would like to recommend him to my friends who similarly require the property agent service in Australia.
As expected, our property is successfully sold at a great price within a short period of time by Stephen. He is confident, responsible to provide all the updates, and follow up with both buyer and owner in a timely manner. Appreciate his effort toward our property, and believe he's doing the same to all his properties.
Prior to engaging Stephen to sell our home he was always excellent in communications about local sales and in responding to our general enquiries. This together with his exposure in the area made us have confidence to engage him for our sale. Our confidence was well founded as his excellent communication and skills helped us throughout the process and secured a good result. We’re happy to recommend his services.
Sold I just 3 weeks and have a high record. Stephen was very hard working and professional. I was highly recommend Stephen to anyone who is thinking of selling too.
Dare to tell your expectations , Stephen can surely achieve that for you
We were extremely impressed with Stephen's professionalism, attentiveness, honesty and sincerity. He is skilled negotiator who leaves no detail behind! Stephen went above and beyond on several occasions to show our property and touched base after each and every open inspection. Stephen listened to all of our wants and needs while providing prompt responses (at any time of the day and week). Unlike other agents we had worked with before, he was accommodating of our input. He was always respectful and certainly not arrogant or dismissive of our suggestions. Overall, we had a smooth and stress-free experience with a great result. We definitely recommend Stephen to anyone looking to sell or buy!
Thank you Stephen for your excellent service and help to find my first home. I highly recommend Stephen to anyone who is thinking of buying or selling. Stephen is very patient and professional and efficient for his job.
