Stephen was recommended to me - I needed an efficient sale for the best possible price for my elderly neighbour when she had to go into a nursing home. Stephen knew the market, and I did my own research and I had 7 offers to consider at the first open for inspection, half of which were over what my own research told me was the best we could get.
