We had good and timely communication from the agents. On the Auction day we felt that we had some disadvantage because the agents were focusing more on our competitor bidder. We think we paid bit more for the property we would have loved to settle it without auction. We felt that the agent knew that we are very keen on this property and that did not work well for us.
