Steve's contact throughout was fantastic. Often when I thought about ringing for an update Steve would beat me to it. Really enjoyed dealing with Stephen. He was cheerful without being "over the top". He deals with the area we bought in and therefore knew the environs well. He communicated well with us and responded to queries outside of the inspection times in a timely manner, and followed up our interest in the property at first inspection with a phone call. Stephen was open in his dealing with us and stated that the property was up for auction, and not open to pre-auction offers. He could have led us on to guage how much we would be likely to pay. We don't know how well Stephen negotiates....it was an auction and not subject to negotiation. Much as we enjoyed dealing with Stephen we won't be doing it again...we got a wonderful property and only intend to leave in a wooden box for a much smaller plot.
