Stephen was very honest and upfront with me and delivered the goods. Within half and hour of selling the property, he managed to get a very good offer, which was accepted in the end. It was a great experience to have people go out of their way to sell a property for you. They had an open house and after that a sale fell through of a very good offer. So we had another offer that I thought could be bettered which was 10k more than the identical house had sold for next door on the same day as the first open house. A few things happened over the Christmas break and nothing eventuated. So Steve decided to have another open house and sold it for 20k more than I was asking for and it settled 3 weeks later. I couldn’t ask for much more.
