One friend in particular had difficulty selling with an agent recommended by another friend and also had enormous difficulty finding another house to purchase. Once the task was finally given to Stephen, he both sold her house and spent an inordinate amount of time and energy finding her another one to buy. As you can gather, we think very highly of Stephen, both as a person and as a Real Estate seller. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.
