great experience selling a house

so selling a house is sometimes a headache, especially when market is not strong. i am happy with what Stephen did for me during the campaign, professional opinion, regular update and rapid response etc. house sold at an acceptable price, no surprise but all goes with no hassle. this is my second house sold by him, he is far better than other agents i dealt before.
