Stephen was fantastic until we transferred our deposit. Now we don't know what's happening with the vendor, when they are moving out and he is declining calls and not returning them. He was chasing us until cooling off ended and now is MIA. He is a really great guy and I understand he is bury, but communication could be improved - even if its to update us that he still hasn't heard from the vendor.

It's not often people use the words "honest, hard working and dedicated"when they refer to estate agents BUT that's exactly what Steve Karanfilovski is. My elderly father needed to sell up and downsize which is a daunting task. Right from the word go, Steve was understanding, considerate and above all worked his hardest to get a price my father would have never expected. I believe both the vendor and purchaser are overjoyed with the result.
