We had to buy sight unseen from NSW. Stephen made this process much easier. He arranged walkthrough's for us, communicated very well and nothing was a problem. We needed photos for installation of solar and he did that with no problem. Was straight up in his negotiations with us and the vendor and seemed very honest in his dealings. Nothing was a problem for him.

Told my he could get a good price for me marketing and commission a lot more than other real estates a long story short 2 1/2 years to sell and a drop in $10000 on what he told me said he could get and $5000 extra on commission and marketing could not recommend to anyone
